  • Minimal S1 from any discipline

  • Male/Female, max 35 years old

  • Minimal 5 years experience in related job

  • Fluent in English both spoken and written

Qualification

  • Good analytical skill, good negotiation skill (not only on working level, but also to higher level), good presentation skill, good business accument, and leadership

  • Having experiences in customer experience (both softskill and technical skill) preferable in Telco industry

  • Identify end to end (process, technical, policy, etc), area that need to be improved so that meet the goal of the customer experience.

Responsibilty

  • Collaborate and coordinate not only within CBN organization, but also among team of Sister Company

 

Specialist Business Inteligence (BI) (03 Maret 2016)
Requirements

  • Minimal S1 from any discipline

  • Male/Female, max 35 years old

  • Minimal 5 years experience in related job

    Fluent in English both spoken and written

Qualification

  • Good analytical skill, good negotiation skill (not only on working level, but also to higher level), good presentation skill, good business accument, and leadership

  • Having experiences in customer experience (both softskill and technical skill) preferable in Telco industry

  • Develop framework for Business Inteligence, end to end from Internal and also External

  • Collaborate and coordinate not only within CBN organization, but also among team of Sister Company

Responsibilty

  • Analyze the business inteligence data, and propose to higher level for business improvement (e.g Product, Service, etc)
